It was in a marvellous and stunning location with The Pier nearby. A supermarket and convenience stores were right next door. The hotel staff was nice and exceptional.

The room was spotless with full kitchenette and the bedroom, for example, excellent service. Though some of the staff were relaxed, I had a really nice stay🙂

The room was great little, fully-equipped and had a lounge and blinds. Could cook our own meals in a handy kitchenette. The check-in was easy, we thoroughly enjoyed outdoor bar.

It was in a central location, right next to pub where smoke occasionally drifted up. Choose apartment with a lovely view. The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful at all levels. We were there for 2 nights and felt would come back for sure.

The staff were polite and welcoming, with extra attention to the details.

My room was peaceful and the staff assisted as soon as possible when asked. Late check in available if needed. Close to whale watching and shopping/cafes

Advertised "free wireless Internet" however this was not available in my room. I was told to go sit in the lobby to use Internet. Had to take the rubbish in the room out myself or be charged an extra fee. And no elevator to get to room so I had to carry my bag up and down several flights of stairs to get to and from my room.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right on the seafront with beautiful views of the water. The staff were incredibly helpful with tours and ticket assistance, which made it easy to plan my itinerary. The room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including an ironing board and tea and coffee facilities. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, which had a comfortable outdoor lounge and table.

I would definitely recommend this venue to my family and friends.

Location and view

Kitchen - some of the appliances Oven, toaster etc were not in good working condition, the lounge was getting to the uncomfortable stage. This was Unit 2

Great to be looked after, easy late check in and have all the facilities we needed including Internet.
